navires de guerre de type Mistral, au terme d&rsquo;un accord officiel  bilat\u00e9ral qui pourrait \u00eatre \u00ab\u00a0prolong\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb par la fabrication de deux  navires suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sident russe Dmitri Medvedev a inform\u00e9 vendredi son homologue  fran\u00e7ais Nicolas Sarkozy \u00ab\u00a0qu&rsquo;au terme de l&rsquo;appel d&rsquo;offre international  lanc\u00e9 le 5 octobre dernier pour la fourniture \u00e0 la Marine russe de 2  b\u00e2timents de projection et de commandement (BPC), les autorit\u00e9s russes  ont retenu l&rsquo;offre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par le consortium form\u00e9 par les industriels  fran\u00e7ais DCNS et STX et les chantiers navals russes OSK\u00a0\u00bb, annoncent les  pr\u00e9sidences fran\u00e7aise et russe dans un communiqu\u00e9 commun.<br \/>\n\u00ab\u00a0c&rsquo;est la premi\u00e8re fois qu&rsquo;un pays de l&rsquo;otan fournit un tel navire \u00e0 la russie\u00a0\u00bb<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.adobe.com\/go\/getflash\"><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>Par <a href=\"http:\/\/www.france24.com\/fr\/category\/tags-auteurs\/ksenia-bolchakova\">Ksenia BOLCHAKOVA <\/a>, correspondante de France24 \u00e0 Moscou<\/div>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;offre  du consortium pr\u00e9voit dans un premier temps la construction en commun  de 2 navires de ce type, qui devrait \u00eatre prolong\u00e9e par la fabrication  de deux unit\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires\u00a0\u00bb, ajoute le communiqu\u00e9.Dans ce texte, MM. Medvedev et Sarkozy \u00ab\u00a0se f\u00e9licitent de la  concr\u00e9tisation de cette coop\u00e9ration sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera \u00e0  l&rsquo;industrie et \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi dans nos deux pays, et qui illustre la volont\u00e9  et la capacit\u00e9 de la France et de la Russie de d\u00e9velopper des  partenariats d&rsquo;envergure dans tous les domaines, y compris celui de la  d\u00e9fense et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;Elys\u00e9e ajoute que \u00ab\u00a0la construction des BPC pour la Russie  repr\u00e9sentera pour les industriels fran\u00e7ais DCNS et STX l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent de 5  millions d&rsquo;heures de travail ou 1.000 personnes pendant quatre ans, en  majorit\u00e9 \u00e0 Saint-Nazaire\u00a0\u00bb en Loire-Atlantique.<\/p>\n<p>Les tractations en vue de cet accord avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue  d&rsquo;un sommet franco-russe en mars 2010 \u00e0 Paris, la France s&rsquo;\u00e9tant alors  d\u00e9clar\u00e9 pr\u00eate \u00e0 vendre \u00e0 la Russie jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 quatre Mistral.<\/p>\n<p>Le Mistral est un navire de guerre polyvalent capable de transporter  des h\u00e9licopt\u00e8res et des chars, d&rsquo;accueillir un h\u00f4pital de campagne ou un  \u00e9tat-major embarqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Son co\u00fbt unitaire est d&rsquo;environ 500 millions d&rsquo;euros.<\/p>\n<p>Une telle vente \u00e0 la Russie constitue une premi\u00e8re pour un pays de  l&rsquo;Otan et elle est vue d&rsquo;un mauvais \u0153il par les Etats-Unis ainsi que  par
